The zoom link will be emailed to you prior to your class. Download the zoom app for phone or desktop.

Arrive Early

If you arrive not only on time but early for the things that matter to you, things will start showing up for you as well.

Prepare your Space

Breathwork is best done lying down on a flat surface. We suggest a yoga mat with a blanket, and a pillow nearby (to yell into at the end of the session). Some people wear an eye mask, light a candle, or burn sage to clear the energy.

 

Have an Open Mind

This is the most important part of breathwork, we must go to great lengths to get out of our own way. Clear your mind and see what unfolds during this powerful class.

Sometimes we need a little extra attention to go a little deeper. A one on one session can be very powerful to help target exactly what you need to work on. Currently booking for breathwork and reiki sessions, virtually or in person (with precautions).  Please inquire for more information.
